1. What kind of products do you sell?
   We currently offer each design on 12 different items:

   • white t-shirt • ash grey t-shirt • long-sleeve t-shirt

   • tank top • ladies t-shirt • hooded sweatshirt

   • sweatshirt • mug • baseball cap

   • bucket hat • boxer shorts • tote bag

2. Who actually makes the products you sell?
   Our products are custom printed by a company called CafePress. In fact, they do all the real work for us -- including printing, billing and shipping. All we do is design the products.

3. What sizes of shirts/sweaters/shorts/etc. are available?
   You can view the size chart for our products here.

4. Do you have products other than the ones offered at Greetables.com?
   No, we don't currently. We're looking, though. :)

5. Do you sell posters or prints of your postcard designs?
   Nope. We'd like to someday.

6. Do you sell real paper postcards?
   Nope. We're strictly virtual. Maybe someday that'll change, but probably not anytime soon.

1. Can I pay by check or money order?
   Yes you can. To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:

   Please write your Order Number on your check/money order. If you are unable to print your receipt, please include a note with your check clearly stating your Order Number.

2. Do you offer discounts for large purchases?
   We don't have anything specific setup, though it's not out of the question. Email Marty with what you have in mind.

3. How can I cancel an order?
   If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail CafePress at service@cafepress.com. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.

4. I just received my order, but I'm not happy with it. Can I return it?
   Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! If for some reason you do not like your merchandise, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). We will even refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. This 100% satisfaction guarantee is good for 30 days. Please click here if you need to make a return or exchange.

1. Do you take special requests?
   It depends on the special request. :)

2. Can I request designs from cards on 1001 Postcards that you don't already offer at Greetables.com?
   Absolutely! If you see a design at 1001 Postcards that you'd like to be available for purchase at Greetables.com, then email us the address on which the card appears, and we'll try to add it as soon as possible. Easier yet: find the card on 1001 Postcards, and click the "request this design" link above the card. (Keep in mind that some cards, like movie posters, can't be offered for sale, since we don't have the rights to print them up on products, and we're allergic to jail. ;)

3. Can I request products made with graphics from other websites (besides 1001 Postcards)?
   Usually not, though you can email us the link if you'd like us to confirm it.

4. I have a graphic or photograph that I'd like to put on a t-shirt/hat/sweater/etc. Can you help me do it?
   We probably can, though we'd probably charge a little extra for the extra work involved. For more information, email us.

5. I have a special idea for a design I'd like on a product. Can you design it for me?
   We might be able to -- it depends on what you're looking for. Typically that involves real work, and we'd have to charge you for it, though we're pretty reasonable about that sort of thing. If you'd like to find out more, email us.
